Yoga Camp Sonoma is a platform for change especially when it comes to food.  Trish Pascual or 'Prema,' shares tips here on how to move into healthier choices.  The bottom line is that we come to Yoga Camp to upgrade our relationship to food and how we eat because we know deep in our hearts and cells, that the body heals itself when given the proper conditions!
